Packaging and presentation excellent - would make great gift. Face larger than expected but watch is so slim and light sometimes I forget I'm wearing it. Leather strap first appears like lesser quality than watch but goes well with a tux or other formal dressy wear, when it looks really elegant. Lost about 7 - 10 minutes the first two weeks, but is holding time since that reset.

We bought 3 of these watches for groomsmen gifts - they are just as elegant and beautiful as the description indicates. This is a gift that far exceeds the price! I will buy two more as Christmas gifts.

I purchased this watch for my husband and he loves it. He doesn't care for watches with all the bells and whistles but goes more for the classy elegant watches. It's nice looking, very well made, the watch band is of excellent quality and it shows very well. He has worn it now for over a month and it keeps excellent time. It's a great value for the price you are paying. It also comes beautifully boxed if you want to give it as a gift.

I purchased this watch as a Father's day gift for my husband. The description was right on!! The watch arrived in a day or two and was exactly as described. My husband loves it!!! It was a great price and a great shopping experience from beginning to end!!!

This was the quickest I have ever had anything sent to me. I ordered it on Tuesday 11:30 am and I had it on Wednesday at Noon! GREAT SHIPPING! the price of the watch was excellent, much less than anywhere else for the same exact watch. The watch came in a great box with all its paperwork. Got this as a last minute gift for hubby from son for christmas! It is handsome, sleek and simply classic. My hubby hates all the heavy Tag-style watches with all the do-dads all over and prefers a movado-esque style watch so this I thought fit the bill nicely. He is very happy with it but we do have one caveat- the strap! It is short and he can only get it on the last hole. He is NOT a big man, just has wrists on the thicker side I guess. Also, although it is leather, the shiny quality to it gives it a somewhat cheaper look. It's easy to change the strap so it's not such a big deal, plus for the price you can't beat it. Can't say much about durabilty as he's only had for a week or so. The watch itself looks very well made though, rivaling any high-ends on the market. Overall, it's an elegant, classy everyday watch that is a steal!

This watch looks first class, and looks much better than its picture, I would recommend this watch for any occasion. The thinness is great. This watch looks way more expensive then its cost, such a great deal. The only thing I would like it to have is a second hand, but because of its value and its "LOOK" I can live without a second hand. I would recommend this watch to anyone looking for beauty and value.

THE STUHRLING ASCOT WATCH CAME IN A VERY NICE PACKAGE WITH THE WARRENTY INFORMATION INCLUDED. THE BLACK THIN ASCOT WATCH HAS DRAWN MANY COMMENTS ABOUT HOW THIN IT IS AND ABOUT HOW STYLISH THE WATCH AND BAND ARE TOGETHER. THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT GIFT AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT FOR A CLASSY WATCH.

I am happy with this watch. One bit of information that isn't mentioned is that while the case is indeed thin, it is thicker in the middle than the edge, giving the illusion of a much thinner watch than it actually is. Perhaps if the maker had put less into the incredibly elegant packaging and a little more into the watch itself, the value would be even higher.Despite the above minor negatives, I recommend this watch and am very satisfied with it.

Smart, elegant timepiece which looks far more expensive than it cost. Lovely and timeless styling and the very thin profile of this watch compares with my husband's very high end Baume & Mercier watch. He is using this Stuhrling watch for weekend day use and loves it! Buy it--you won't be sorry.

I've owned this watch for 2 months and it's been a great companion. I hardly ever notice that it's on my wrist. I like the clena design. I can bathe my baby and it stays dry throughout the process. Compared to atomic clocks, the timing is about 15 seconds off every 2 months. It is also not visible in your dark car at night.I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, simple, thin watch.

This watch was a graduation gift for a young man who will be interviewing for jobs in the business world. He was pleased by the thinness of the watch, the black face, and the leather strap. It is a sophisticated watch, which will look good with a suit. It is appropriate for a variety of settings, and looks much more expensive than it was here. An excellent gift.
