One sent with defect; uncomplicated returns
They're pretty and bright-colored; larger than I expected but just because they're as large as they promise to be. I went through the returns policy as above but now have 2 quality pendants. I'm pleased with the value and the quality now.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. I ordered 2 of these, and one of them came with the post drilled through the wrong hole and an off-center pendant-- so I sent it back and it was replaced with a perfect one!

Venitian Glass Orange Heart Necklace
This heart necklace has such nice bright colors. Although it is more red than orange. I wear mine on a shorter chain. Such a terrific value.
