Stonique Creations Set of 3 Multi-colored Freshwater Pearl Stretch Bracelets (8-9 mm)

I had bought, what i thought was the same product two years ago, because they had been smaller in size, judging by the picture it was the same 3 colors and freshwater pearl. I was disapointed in how large they were compared to what I had bought before. I liked the small size from the earlier type because I would forget they were on or it wasn't too big.

Freshwater pearls are supposed to be variable in size. But these also vary in luster, so if you put the bracelet on, it looks like some of the pearls are smudged or have something on them. On the white one and the pink one, some of those smudges are brown. This is very noticeable. The pearls are shaped oddly, with some of them round, some of them oblong, and some of them looking like they were lopped off on the bottom from wherever they were growing. The best bracelet was the black one, where variances were less obvious. However, the black bracelet was strung on a very tight elastic band, so you couldn't stretch it. I can see that one snapping at some point -- not fun to case pearls all over the floor. I was going to give each one of these as a gift and cannot even do that. The quality is not good enough for me to keep for myself.

• How did the image on site compare with the actual product? They did not match the product I received. My p[earls were uneven in size and luster.
• How accurate was the sizing? Varied.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Variances in pearl size and luster, both within the set and within the bracelet.
