Dainty
While this is a simple necklace on a thin chain, I adore it. The chain is small (but basically sturdy), so the opal seems to float on my neck. It's a dainty opal, but that really works in its favor. It adds a bit of sparkle without being obtrusive. I've worn it with a suit, a tee shirt, even a fancy dress. It's an elegant addition to everything. The stone is much pinker than it appears here, but the color flecks are noticeable and nice. Even being born in October, there are very few opals I actually like, and this is definitely one of them.

Pretty Opal Pendant
This is a really nice created opal - the picture doesn't show the aqua highlights that shine within the white background adequately. The chain is not top quality, but wearing the pendant on another chain makes this a great buy for the money.

perfect color and size for me. I didn't want anything too big and just wanted something that would go with anything. I love opals and this is probably my favorite necklace that I have now

more green/blue than pictured (no pink)
I would prefer that it had more colors that show than just blue and green (there's no pink or anything in mine) and also I got mine for $!$ with a groupon deal so that makes me feel better about it.
