The idea of this product is great, I really wanted to get it for my friend who loss tons of weight on her treadmill.. But this thing seemed like it would get caught on everything her charm bracelet would touch, the "handles" are like little forks ready to get caught on something.. So i returned and got her a running shoe instead :)
