My order was sent to the wrong address at first, but overstock.com online customer service was vry helpful and sent a new pair out right away. However I am not happy with the quality of the earings. I thought the drop part of the earing would be smaller and rounder. The material does not look or feel like sterling silver, more like plastic. Mine arrived scratched on the front as well.
I got these earring fe days ago. The drops look kind of "flat". Has a shinny look which makes it appears fake. I kept them but I am not too crazy about them. If they drops were a bit rounder or more on round oval shape it would have been a different story.
