Sterling Silver Tanzanite and White Topaz Necklace

While the pendant was as described, I had a bit of an issue with the color of the stones. There are four stones on this pendant, three of them looked blue and the fourth one was purple. Now remember that Tanzanite varies in color between blue and purple. However, for me the fact that the stones did not match was an issue. I would have preferred all of the stones the same color. So I quickly called customer service and they immediately issued a return authorization. They offered to exchange the item, but I decided to get a different one from Overstock.com. Customer service was excellent. So if you are not sure about this or any other item, give it a try. If you don't like it, return it. The whole process was painless.
