I was so disappointed when I opened the mail. This was for daughters sweet 16 birthday present and I thought it didn't look like real sterling silver and the charm seemed like it was just stamped on a machine line. The silver looked more like stainless steel. I have many pieces of sterling silver and it looks much better than this piece. I am going to return it as I thought from reading the reviews it would look better than it does in person. It looks fake to me and my husband. Fast delivery though. The price way too high for the product you receive. Still love this site but disappointed greatly in the "sterling silver "sweet 16" heart charm.

This is a great buy for the money. My daughter was very happy to have this on her sleeve of charms and we will get her one every year and I am sure we will continue our buys with overstock.com,. I found a similar charm but this one beat it hands down for the look and the price.
