I'm a man and wear one on Shabbat and Yom Tovim. I gave the other to my wife. The design is attractive and easily recognizable, and it fits comfortably in the ear. I sleep with it in, no problem. It's a little larger than studs I normally wear, but I get a lot of compliments on it so I got over so I got over the size pretty quickly. Definitely recommend.
