I do not recommend.. I bought for a gift for someone who likes soccer... The charm is so small that you can't tell what it is. You would need a magnifying glass to see it.

I bought this for my active 9 year old soccer playing daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves her necklace. The chain is holding up well. I would not recommend this for anyone much younger because the chain is delicate. It is a small charm, but it is great starter jewelry.

I bought the basketball and baseball necklace and they look like those neclases that you get out of bubble gum machines. My six yr old was the only one of my boys that would wear it, (he is the youngest) and he chewed on it the first day was able to crush it into a nugget. My 12 and 13 yr old said they look to cheap and did not want to wear them. I would not recomend these at all.

I purchased this item for a niece. Perfect for a young girl. For the reasonable price, the quality was great and she loved it. Size is just right for girl's necklace.

I bought the Volleyball version for my daughter. When I first took it out of the bag it looked like it was a good value for the little I spent on it...however, when I took a good look at the pendant, I saw that the white enamel completely covered the silver in some places that it shouldn't have. In other words, the lines of the volleyball were covered so you couldn't really tell what sort of ball it was supposed to be. It was cute and would have been an OK value if it had been made nicely, so I will probably send it back and ask for another to see if they're all like that, or if it was just this one...

I bought the baseball necklace for myself, a baseball mom. The necklace is nice but the pendant is very small, you can hardly see that it's a baseball when it's worn unless you look really close. Not what I expected, disappointed but not worth sending it back.

Smaller than I thought, but good size for my 5 yr old.
