I sent this necklace straight back. I'd assumed that, given the original price and the indications on the product description, that it was of good quality. When it arrived, it looked and felt like it was made of plastic (I would bet that it was, in fact, plastic). I ordered 7 other necklaces from Overstock (in other styles), and all of them were of the quality represented.

This necklace looks better than the pictures when you get it. It is perfect for casual wear. When I wore it out I received lots of compliments and two others that saw it had to have one also!
