I have a rainbow of colored gemstone rings and they are all in 14k gold. As I get more silver in my hair my taste in metal is changing as well. This was my first jewelry purchase on Overstock and it won't be my last. In fact I've bought 2 rings since and have been very satisfied with all. This smokey quartz ring is GORGEOUS. I have two other smokey quartz that I've always thought were beautiful until I saw the stone on this ring.
This ring has a nice style to it, but the stone was way too dark in color and doesn't resemble a smokey quartz as it looked in the advertised picture. It looks too synthetic to me.
