I have to say that with the purchases made in the past that this was a steel. Free shipping and 2 rings for the price of 1 was the best. Not 2 of the same but 2 different rings of top quality for less than cheap costume jewlery was incredible. Just a Great buy for sure. I've told everyone about the buy I got.
