Sterling Silver Onyx Lady Cameo Necklace

I ordered this cameo necklace for my mother for Mother's Day. I received the order the Thursday before the weekend that I needed it for. The necklace was bent at the bottom and the hanging pearl was not attached to the necklace. I did not have time to send the item back and I did not have time to look for another gift, so I straightened the necklace as best I could and glued the pearl back on the necklace. I also had to tell my mother that the necklace had been broken to see if she wanted me to send it back. She wanted to keep the necklace, but she still has to keep an eye on the pearl to make sure it does not come off again. She thought the necklace was a pretty design, but I am disappointed in the workmanship. For the price that I paid for the necklace, I don't expect it to have to be glued back together.
