Overstock Has HORRIBLE Service
This is the first & last time I ordered from Overstock. I ordered ONE ring, & was sent TWO rings. I was charged for both. After sending one ring back, my refund took longer than I was told, via chat with customer service. I chatted with custome service several times. The last time, asking WHY I had not recieved my refund by the date I was promised. The answer was "I don't know." No answers, only apologies. Unacceptable.
