Sterling Silver Marcasite and Pink Shell Heart Necklace

i bought this for my step-mom for her birthday - the silver is so shiny, and the way the pink shines.. gorgeous!

I think the title says it all......i almost always never leave a review about an item nor the service i received, but i think this needed special attention......the product is nice looking for the price, but it is of poor quality to say the least.......the pink shell is not set on a grooved edge.....it's only weakly glued to the frame of the pendant, so it easily falls off.......i had to return the item for a second time for the same issue........it wasn't so bad when i had to return it the first time because the customer service representative was nice enough to listen to my concern and sent the replacement item to me using expedite 3-day shipping so i can finally send my cousin her b-day gift......when the replacement item arrived broken the second time was a whole different story......To top it off, my experience with the second customer service representative was less than pleasant......She was less than interested on what i had to say, and was more focused on just getting the process of refunding my money and getting the transaction over with......One piece of advise, if you work in Customer Service Department and you are not interested in what your customer wants to say, then you are in the wrong place of work......I'm just sorry for my cousin who has to wait a week after her actual b-day to receive her gift from me......

I ordered this for a friend's birthday, but had it sent to me first for inspection. It is a pretty piece. Lightweight, easy to wear. The bail is even textured, which is a nice touch. This would be appropriate for a friend, daughter, etc.

I have the turquoise necklace like this one and I liked it so much I got this pink shell one for my friend as a gift. It arrived fairly quick, and looks gorgeous! So far it's perfect and haven't had any problems, although I haven't given it to her yet so it hasn't really been worn. It's perfect for any day, it looks great in dressy outfits but it's not so elegant that you can't wear it in everyday outfits. Very pleased with my purchase!
