Got lots of compliments...
This ring is rather large (rises about 1/2"-3/4" off of my hand) and more suited for going out or dressy events. It is not an everyday ring. I've gotten a ton of compliments on it, as it's quite noticable due to the size. I was actually looking for something in marcasite that is unique and that I could wear to the office, but it's so beautiful that I couldn't bear to send it back. I'm so glad to have purchased and kept it.

I absolutely love this ring! I get many compliments on it and wear it all the time. You can mix it up with any other Marcasite jewelry that you may have. This is a must have.

As a Christmas Gift
My Grandmother loves Marcisite. This is a Christmas gift for her. I know she will love it! I know I do! This ring is of good quality and is beautiful and well designed. Of course all shipping at Overstock is wonderful. I was hoping to pay a little less for this ring, but loved the style so much , I had to buy it anyway. I showed it to my cousin and she said that, "Oh my! This looks just like Grandma!" The ring came in a little red pouch with a large "O" on the front. I would prefer that it come in a box like most rings do. Overall this ring is wonderful. I would highly recommend buying it! Great quality too!

WHEN I SAW THIS RING ONLINE I JUST HAD TO HAVE IT! READING THE REVIEWS MADE ME WANT THE RING EVEN MORE!... WHEN I RECEIVED THE RING IN THE MAIL I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. THE RING LOOKS MUUUCCCHHH BETTER ONLINE THAN IN PERSON. IT'S NOT STRIKING AND ELEGANT AS IT APPEARS ONLINE AT ALL! TO ME I LOOKS FLIMSY AND CHEAP! IT DOESN'T EVEN SPARKLE LIKE I THOUGHT IT WOULD (THE MARCASITE'S ARE VEERRYYY SMALL.). MY FIANCE SAID IT ISN'T WORTH THE PRICE AND I HAVE TO AGREE!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY... I'M SENDING IT BACK. :(
