Wish the pendant were a bit bigger. I have received compliments but I wear multiple necklaces at times and when I do that with this one you just really can't tell what it is. Nice piece of jewelry though.

I ordered this piece three days ago, and just got it, so great job on prompt delivery, Overstock! I had been shopping for a birthday present for my mom when I saw this piece, and simply couldn't force myself NOT to buy it! I'm thrilled with it, now that it's here! Previous reviewers had warned that this piece was on the "small" side, so I knew that it wasn't going to be huge, but I feel that the actual size is more than adequate, especially if you're like me and don't mind pairing pieces with a nice chain to up the ante. I've strung mine on a 22" Sterling diamond cut bead chain, on which it looks great, so a chain with a little sparkle of its own definitely brings out the sparkle that this pendant has. As for the "sunflower" description, this piece reminds me more of a sun starfish (with fewer arms, of course) than it does a sunflower. Since I'm more of an aquatic creature fan anyway, that sends this item right up my alley. The pendant is not overly effeminate, and actually has just enough edge to it to be worn nicely by either gender. The bail of the pendant (through which you thread your chain) is well made, and is actually a thick, curved piece of wire that is soldered onto the back of the pendant, rendering it invisible from the front. I think this piece would look just as good on a round black rubber cord as it does on a sparkly silver chain. The box link chain that it comes on IS standard for pendants packed as necklaces, so plan to hang this piece from a fancier chain if plain chains don't do it for you. Overall, this is a great, well-made piece, at a very fair price, and is unlike anything that I've come across in my local area stores! If this catches your eye as it did mine, don't hesitate - treat yourself or someone else! After all, you only go around once!

The necklace was exactly what I expected. It was small and attractive. As long as the buyer understands that it is a small casual piece of jewely, and doesn't expect anything more, they won't be disappointed.

Beautiful piece of jewelry, but the sunflower is smaller than I expected. It still is a really pretty piece. Very dainty.

Although I think the sunflower pendant is beautiful, it is way smaller than I thought it would be. That was a disappointment. The chain that it comes with is very thin. I just put my pendant on another thicker chain and it looks much better.
