I like these earrings. They are nice to add to the Marcasite collection. However, they are a little heavy and I would not recommend these for anyone that has their ears pierced on the low and near the lower part of your earlobe. These will hang very low if you piercing is near the lower part of your earlobe.

These are beautiful earrings. One small problem is that the backs don't hold the earrings up against your ear, so I just switched them with a thicker plastic back, and they held the earrings up and kept them from drooping on my ears.

These earrings do fall forward a bit when you put them on. But the solution to it is to switch out the backs for the larger, round, plastic back. It holds the earring right up against your ear and enables to hang beautifully.

These marcasite earrings are absolutely breathtaking. The intricate detailing of marcasite throughout enhances the bold design. The picture of these earrings did not do them justice, they are much prettier in person. I love, love, love them! Another wonderful purchase from Overstock. I wanted something different for either my mom or sister, but now I don't remember who I bought them for. I saw these on your site and thought that those were what I wanted. I was not disappointed. I was really excited to get these earrings to match a necklace I have. they do not show up too well. they are on a funny angle. I was unhappy with them.

Great earrings, they are exactly as pictured. I purchaced them to go with a Marcasite Necklace, also from Overstock - they coordinate wonderfully together.

The earrings are very beautiful but because the post on the back is not at the very top but more towards the middle, when you put them on they are heave for themselves and do not stay straight. They kind of hang at an angle so you cannot even see the whole earrings up straight. I am returning them sadly since I really liked them, but they do not work for me.

I LIKE THIS EARRINGS. IT SPARKLES AND HAS GREAT PRESENCE ON MY EARS. FOR THE PRICE, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG. IT'S NICE AS AN EVERYDAY WEAR OR ANY OCCASION YOU INTENDED IT TO. I GAVE IT ONLY 4 STARS BECAUSE THE CLUTCH THAT HOLDS THE POST IS TINY SO I REPLACED IT WITH A STRONGER PLASTIC CLUTCH TO HOLD IT WELL ON MY EARS AND IT WORKS.

When I recieved these and got ready to wrap them I couldnt believe the beauty for the cost or the workmanship! They are great. Got ring and double loop earrings and look like they were all sold together!What a buy!

I think these earrings are beautiful but when I put them on my ears, I noticed the top loop sticks out far too much. I think they would be better if the top were flatter, but the flow of them are wonderful. I would recommend them, but be cautious of the top loop!

I gave these earings to my sis-in-law for Christmas and was quite impressed when I received them to wrap. Please pay attention to the measuring "stick' they put there as I was going to buy others but realized they were quite small. These are a real "nice" gift! Not skimpy and I'm glad I bought them. She only wears marcasite and absolutely loves them.

I bought these earrings as a gift. They are very pretty, however overstock sent 2 "right' earrings. I didn't have enough time to send them back...so hopefully my aunt won't notice!
