I bought this as a gift for my sister who is a nurse, loving hands seemed fitting for her. She was very happy with it and tells me she has people ask her where she got it when she wears it to work.

I bought this as a gift to my mother, who has been suffering with a rare cancer. She had had a similiar sterling silver piece that had the heart on a hand print that she would carry in her pocket with her to sustain her in all her therapies and surgeries.. it was lost so when I found this, I was elated, only to have her wear two times and the chain snapped in half. She still has the pendant but it did not last as I expected it to. Very disappointed.

My daughter liked this immediately upon opening. It's cute without being 'cutsie' and cool enough to wear in college without screaming "My mom gave me this for Valentines Day". It is also well crafted.
