Sterling Silver Green Sapphire Cross Necklace

I was delighted how quickly this necklace arrived in the mail----and the look of the cross pendant---until I tried it on. Holding the necklace up to the light, I really couldn't see any color differences in the individual stones UNTIL I put it around my neck. With my skin as the back-ground,two of the stones are noticeably darker than the rest on the cross. While it could have been acceptable if they'd been two outside stones or a center stone etc.; when the two darker stones were located together on the cross was unacceptable to me. I admit being "pickier" than some people on jewelry but having those two dark stones bugged me and I needed to return it. I haven't decided yet whether to try my luck again and re-order a replacement because I really did like the look of this pendant (and the chain was decent too.) Very pretty ......except for those dark stones that my cross pendant happened to have.
