I would of kept these but could not wear the silver, just wish they had coated it in platinum since I really did want them. I would recommend theses as a definite buy for anyone. They don't sparkle a lot but thats because there an emerald cut, BIG. Also would of given them a 5 star if I could of kept them. That was the only drawback, there in silver., not coated.

I love these earrings and they were just what I wanted to go with an Emerald cut green amethyst ring I got from a blue box/white ribbon store, but they sit at an odd angle. Instead of the stones pointing straight ahead they sit at a 45 degree angle away from my face. Not sure if it's my ears causing the problem or the earrings, but I have never had this problem wearing other earrings.

LOVE THEM. Bought them for myself because I just couldn't resist the price, and wow am I so happy with them. I receive compliments all the time! I love the green colour. The stones are beautiful and shinny and go with everything! Can be worn won on casual days or for fancier occasions. I also really like the length of the earrings. Great quality!

These earrings are so beautiful. They look even better in person. Great size and still lightweight on your ears. I purchased them to go with a ring I had bought. I would definitely recommend these for yourself or a great gift for anyone who loves green amethyst.

When I got these in the mail, couldnt wait to open the box up. I was disappointed at the color of the stone. I thought maybe Overstock made a mistake and sent me a clear colored stone, almost like a white topaz. The earrings are very pretty but I was expecting more of a green color. I havent decided if I want to return them yet.

I thought these earrings were gorgeous when I ordered them for a friend's 50th birthday, so I ordered two pair - one for me!! And I am definitely NOT dissapointed!!! They truly are beautiful, and I think I'll wear them often. They'll even look great with jeans, and not be too much.

I cannot say enough good things about these earrings. They are very beautiful and made well. They look and feel like an expensive pair of earrings. I even forget that they are sterling silver and not white gold. You will not be disappointed!

Bought these for my wife for Christmas, and she loves them!! At almost 7 carats per ear, these are standouts. She says they are "perfectly weighted". Not sure what that means, but maybe some of the ladies who read this will know. The stones are a pale green and they are well made. Highly recommended.

I found these same earrings on the net at double the price. Fortunately I saw them here first. They are a pale green which I prefer. I now have studs and a pendant the same color. The cut sets the stone off. I just recently discovered this gemstone "green amethyst" .

All of the other reviews are right. These are very beautiful and substantial in size. A very nice light green. Not too dangly or distracting. Purchased these earrings to wear for my wedding. Only returning them because I found other earrings that directly match the necklace I previously purchased. Would have still looked nice enough to wear on my wedding day though.

What a surprise when you open the box! OMG Large, clear sparkly stones, no diamonds or other stones to distract from the beauty of the green amethyst. I bought them to compliment a necklace my husband bought from Jareds for my son's wedding, they didn't have any earrings, and were more interested in selling me diamonds earrings, beacuse it would be too much GREEN!! So Silly, you can never have too much green.

These were bought as a present for my daughter. The first pair arrived, but the leverback clasps did not match - one had more detail than the other. Overstock refunded the purchase and return postage costs to a centre in the UK, all done very promptly. I then bought a new pair online, with which I had no problem, and I must say that they are very attractive and look good on my daughter.
