When the earrings arrived I looked at them and immediately took them to the local jewelry store to have the earrings put on screw back findings, do not have pierced ears. Well, the 5th stone in one earring is about to fall out, and the other earring has the last 2 stones put in very crooked and they look cloudy. . Decided not to return the earrings, they were already put on the new findings. That is when he noticed the condition of loose and miss-set stones. I like the earrings but am really disappointed in the quality of workmanship. The jeweler said he could reset the 1 loose stone, and try to reset the 2 stones, or replace the 2 stones if necessary.

These earrings are just what I wanted. They are a very pale blue topaz with lots of sparkle. I wear them with my aquamarine necklace. The stone section is 20mm /~ 3/4 of an inch long. The stones are set very nicely with filigree designs on both sides of the sterling silver setting.

The earrings are quite nice for the price and value. The Topaz does not look like cheap plastic gems as some of the "cheaper" earrings sometimes do. They have a nice sparkle and do look like the picture.

I bought these to wear with the ss blue and white topaz necklace (#11887996) and they match perfectly colorwise. They are a very light blue, a little bigger than I'd thought but do not weigh down my earlobes. They feel great swinging on my ears. For me, they are a little too elegant for everyday wear, but look and feel great. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definately recommend these earrings.
