Sterling Silver Genuine Amethyst and Peridot Ring

This is a beautiful ring that we bought for my daughter for Christmas. Her birthstone is amethyst, mine is peridot. This ring is meant to remind my daughter that no matter where she goes in life, she will always be surrounded by her Mama's love. I wanted this ring in a size 9 and the largest size available was an 8, so I ordered that and then took the ring to my local jeweler to be re-sized. He called me at home and told me that a couple of the prongs looked weak so I told him to fix that, too, and he did. The ring is sterling silver with genuine stones and the Overstock price was certainly low enough so that even with the extra I paid my jeweler to fix the prongs, it was a good price for a special Christmas present for my daughter.

This ring is quite nice, especially for its price. It's got good weight and color. If I were to improve one thing, I'd have made it slightly thicker around the finger.
