Sterling Silver Garnet Round Stud Earrings

The earrings I received look nothing like the photo. My earrings are 4mm, but while the image makes it look like 1-2mm of that is silver, it's really perhaps .5mm. So the stones are larger in relation to the silver setting. I still like them, and I'm keeping them, but I'm pretty sure they're not the same ones that were photographed for the website. The stones are a lovely deep red color. I am pleased with my purchase, even though they're not really what I was expecting.

I was very disappointed in these earrings. They look totally different online than in reality. They are tiny.

A simple and elegant design, almost like 2 little garnet cupcakes mounted in silver cups which in turn are mounted on silver posts. The only problem I have experienced, is that as the silver contracts in the winter cold. To compensate for the change in fit the earring back is inevitably pushed tighter against the ear lobe, often pinching the skin To avoid trying to find an earring in your bed because it snagged in the coveret, always remember to remove them before going to sleep. Perfect for girls or guys, great for day wear or cocktails or as a gift or a little self-splurge.
