Up close the necklace looks kind of cheap. The garnets do sparkle like the other reviews state, but overall I feel its worth $10 or less for just the pendant. It came in a cardboard "jewelry" box with a big scanning sticker slapped on it and inside was a plastic bag with the necklace in it. Doesn't look too appealing if you decide to give it as a gift.

good size journey necklace. chain is cheap-looking though and not brilliant at all. it almost looks like stainless steal chain. i like garnets so im keeping it. i would replace the chain with a nicer one.

I bought this pendant and chain as a gift for my daughter who just gave birth to a beautiful January baby. So our new granddaughter's birthstone is the garnet. My daughter just loved it and wears it all the time. It actually looks more expensive than what I paid. The stones are a true garnet color and really sparkle.

I bought this as a gift for my friend who loves garnets. I really thought the necklace was beautiful and my friend loved it. It was shipped quickly and arrived in plenty of time for Christmas.

The necklace was smaller than I thought it would be and the garnets are more red in appearance than the photo shows. All in all, for what I paid for it I can't really complain too much and should have expected the garnets to be small because of the low price.

I love the pendant but wish it was just a little bigger. its really tiny.the chain stinks though, you will definitely need a new one. this one is really cheap looking and may be ok with a large pendant but does not match the small elegant looking pendant at all.

This is just what a wanted ,a small gift for my Daughters 1st Baby .it's for both of them ,this will be her birth stone . My daugther can wear it as a mother 's necklace then pass it on to my granddaugther when she old eough .
This is just right to start their journey together.

I think it's lovely. It's a bit small and I would have preferred a different chain and finding, but have a great dh that will put it around my neck and clasp it with no problem. I think it's wonderful and would recommend this to anyone.

I had purchased Garnet Earrings when I was in Prague last year for my bridesmaids. I decided I wanted to get them a necklace as well and thought this would be perfect....I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews because Czech Garnets are dark...well....I was quite pleasantly surprised. The Garnets grade from light to dark and match perfectly with the earrings I had purchased last year. I am very pleased with the purchase...and I hope my bridesmaids love them as well.

Was very disappointed...this is more for a teen than an adult...very small...coloring not great...chain is very skimpy....only reason I kept it is to give it to one of my grandaughters....
