the charm was very pretty but the charm itself was rather small , if it were a bit larger the details in it would look nicer and be recognized easier. as far as the shipping part of the purchase, im very satisfied , i was promised it would be shipped in time for christmas and wow! it really happened . that was a good thing. the services i recieved from customer service and from this site , i would gladly recomend this site to my family and friends .all in all very satisfied
