Thependant itself looks much better in real life than in the pictures. It was also easy to insert locket-sized photographs into the locket, which hasn't been the case with other lockets I have purchased previously. My only complaint is that the included chain is not very nice-looking, but since it can easily be swapped with the chain from another necklace, it isn't all that important. Overall, a good item for the price.
