I ordered this necklace to give as a gift, but would have been embarrassed to give it to someone. The pearl had dents and scratches and looked like it very low quality. The chain, however, was pretty. I returned it and would not buy another one of this brand or type.

What value for a Tahitian pearl! Wonderful size, and luster. I was a bit concerned that the silver around the pearl would overshadow the pearl, but not so. You have a good size pearl that stands out and the silver only adds to the design. Chain is okay. Would definitely recommend. Makes a nice gift.

The pearls were not very attractive and had numerous pits and odd shapes. I had purchased the necklace individually and it was perfect, great color, shape, etc. So I ordered 6 (bulk item). Not one of the 6 was of high quality. Ordered them for graduation gifts. I would have been embarassed to give as gifts.

This piece is amazing. I was totally blown away! This is truly a "AAA" pearl, on the luster scale, I'd give it a "AAAA". Pearl showed it's luster, then the surrounding luster, then your own image very crisp. Just Beautiful. I couldn"t be more pleased. I would recomend this to anyone who isn't really sure how to pick the quality of a pearl. Has beautiful green/gray/black luster. Beautiful example!!!!!!!!!!

This was a beautiful Tahitian drop pendant. The accompanying chain was a little disappointing, but the price was great and my mother just put it on a different chain. It made a wonderful Christmas gift and I would definately recommend the items I have purchased from Overstock. Thank you.

This was bought as a gift because my grandniece admired my Tahitian Pearl necklace. We wanted something pretty without spending alot of money. We were very pleased with the workmanship, it is a real eyecatcher which we will enjoy giving. Truly looks like it would have cost much more.

It was a nice item, just as it looked on line. I bought this for my flower girl but I am thinking it is a but growen up for a 7 year old. I might keep it for myself.

I bought this for Mother's Day and my Mom loved it. The pearl looks as good if not better than the picture shown. The pearl is of great quality and is very unique. I didn't want to get her just a regular pearl, and this was perfect for being both elegant and something different. The only thing I would probably change is the necklace that the pearl came on because it is a bit on the thin side, but that is easily fixable by changing out the chain with a different one. Most women probably have another silver chain anyways. Other than that the necklace is a good buy, and is perfect as a gift or for yourself.

Bought this as a Mothers' day gift and was very pleased with it, as was my Mom, she loves it! It's quite unique and very pretty. I wouldn't hesitate to order another one, and may do just that.

I had to return the first one I received due to poor quality. I tried to give it another chance and turned out to be the same problem. The pearl was a lot smaller than the silver bale on top. It looked like an umbrella on top of the pearl. It looked ridiculous...
