I was looking for a silver necklace that had an unusual design. The protection symbol reminded me of Archangel Michael's sword of protection, and given my Scottish roots, felt appropriate for me. At any rate, the pictures on the website do not do the necklaces justice. The necklace I received is much more beautiful in person. The photo online does not display the sheen of the sterling silver. The necklace also has a nice weight to it, and the workmanship is top quality. I am very pleased with this item, especially for the money.

I gave this item as a gift to my boyfriend. It looked great for the first week or so, but now it has tarnished so badly it looks black! I can understand it tarnishing because it wasn't being worn--I have rings that will do this. But he wears it all the time! The pendant shouldn't look as bad as it does. A reaction to his body chemistry? I'm very disappointed.

This pendant is beautiful. I love the fact it says "strength" on the back side. It reminds me to stay strong in the rough times. I've received many compliments on this piece. It's worth every $$$$.

This is a beautifully made celtic pendant. I got the protection symbol, which looks somewhat like a sword. It's much nicer than I expected and is quite solid and heavy. I'm extremely pleased with this pendant. The chain is a good weight as well.

I purchased this piece as a gift for a friend. The quality is so good, that I purchased a seond one for myself. The piece is .925 sterling silver and is beautiful. The chain that comes with the piece is not as strong as I like on a necklace, so I purchased an 18 inch snake chain to put on it. I would highly recommend this as a gift or for yourself!

The design is supposed to mean something specific in Irish but whether it does or not I do not know and no one has commented on what it is supposed to mean. The design is very cool looking and I have gotten compliments on it. It has not tarnished and still looks new and I wear it often. I would buy another.

I bought this medal for my nephew for his graduation gift. My daughters picked the one they liked best. I am thinking of making it into a keyring because I don't know if he will wear it as a necklace. I bought a different one a couple of years ago for my neices grad gift and she really liked it.

My son (16 years old) requested one of these, and the quality is excellent for the price. He loves it and wears it all the time.

The 'Destiny' pendant is the one that I ordered and received. I get a LOT of compliments, so I DO tell people where I got it. It IS hard to be any better than Overstock.com. I DO shop here a lot. Once again...I DO love this necklace.

I bought this for my husband for Valentine's day, and put it on a nice black cord ( it comes on a very short tiny sterling box chain) and he LOVED it! It looks better than the picture, and I would sugest it to anyone who is so Celtically inclined .
