I bought this for a friend's birthday.....as soon as I opened the box, I saw that the entire center stone and cameo had fallen out of the mounting.....I didn't have time to send it back for a refund or to buy something else before the birthday, so I super-glued it back into place. I am hoping it will hold up for my friend, otherwise I will be mortified. The item is also not quite the size that is stated in the ad, it is smaller. I would not recommend this manufacturer.

Really liked the vintage look, but was expecting a more round piece. It's more like a skinny oval shape. Still like it, but could have been beautiful with a thicker shape.
