I completely agree with the reviewer who claims the ring is not as nice as the picture. Not quite sure what I was expecting, but based on most of the glowing reviews and the photos, I had slightly higher hopes for this piece than what ultimately showed up on my finger. The pale color of the cameo works well with my particular skin tone but since it doesn't really 'pop', I could see it getting lost on most people's hands. It doesn't feel like a quality piece--the band, the cameo and the CZ chips are just, well, pretty darn dull and unexciting. Won't go as far as to say it looks really cheap, but "just ok" and "so so" are not typically the words I like to use to describe my jewelry. The only positive thing I can report is the size is just right--neither too big or too small on the finger. (I'm a size 7 on the ring finger so have terribly average size hands.) But sometimes in rings, even if you're not going after a real statement look, being neither too big or too small isn't necessarily a good thing. If I wanted to mess with the return process, I'd send this right back to Overstock... but as it stands now, I'll pull it out a few times a month and continue to feel underwhelmed.
The workmanship of it is pretty good, but it looks very pale on my fair skin. It's not as nice as on the picture. Maybe for a young girl it would be OK. But it looks a little cheap to me. Well, it is cheap.
i ordered this ring for a gift. it arrived and my daughter loved it because it is very delicate and very pretty. nice detail and very nicely sized for a ring finger. the sizing was right on.
i love the ring. the cameo lady has a pretty face and the pink in the stone is a nice color pink. it fit perfectly. i wear it with my silver and pink watch and it looks great together. i would recommend this cameo ring to anyone who loves cameos.
I bought this ring for my Daughter and when my twin sister saw it she "squeeled" with excitement she loved it so much i bought her one for our birthday. it's beautiful and made well, it's truly a timeless piece of jewelry.
