The round clasp that held the pendent had to be tightened. I was a little disappointed in the quality of this product but overall I like it.

This was larger than I expected it to be but it is still pretty and a unique change from the standard plain cross. My wife likes things that are just a little bit different and she loved this. The chain that it comes on is not terribly substantial for the size of the pendant.

I love the dog tag. The quality of the product was wonderful. My son loves his necklace. This was a great buy for us and I would tell all of my friends about the great deal I found on Overstock.

the item was MUCH smaller than I expected. It is cute but it is not what I thought it would be.
