disappointed
This is my first overstock purchase that I am unhappy with. I was very disappointed when this necklace arrived. The color is not anything like how it's pictured. I was expecting poorer quality tanzanite since the price was so low but was hoping for something at least a little blue. The necklace is a very pale purple and because the stones are so pale all the cracks and inclusions in the stones are very noticeable with the naked eye... it almost makes it look all scratched up. I would return this item but return policy states $10 inspection fee which was almost half the price of the item and would not be worth it. Oh well... will keep it but would definitely NOT recommend it.

beautiful pendant; chain clasp needs help
I ordered this necklace and a pair of earrings to go with a bracelet I have. The color was wonderful, the pendant was elegant, but the clasp on the chain was sharp and not well constructed. However, I will be getting in touch with Overstock Customer Service regarding the chain. I have ordered things before, and what questions I had have always been taken care of in a timely way by the company, and I have always been satisfied. I would buy this again, without hesitation.
