I purchased this for my extremely high-tech, very modern daughter-in-law for her first mother's day. I thought she wouldn't like it 'cause it does have an old-fahsioned quality to it. She ABSOLUTELY loved it! Reminded her of her son and she wears it all the time. It's very beautiful, elegant and very well made. This would be my gift of choice for any new mother.

I bought this necklace for my Mom for Mothers Day and had it sent to her. She is very picky and hard to please. She LOVED it! She thought it was very pretty and said it looked like it was expensive. She loved the way the Mother of Pearl, Onyx, Jewels, and Silver all looked together. Plus, it is a Mother and Child which is perfect for Mothers Day. She said she liked it so much she didn't want to take it off. I haven't seen it yet, but will soon because I have decided to buy one for myself too. At these prices it's a GREAT DEAL!

This was a necklace I would not have bought if I had seen it before purchasing i. It definitely is worth the money, but I would not wear it myself. It isn't fine workmanship, but it is nice and the price is right.
