I bought this for a pair of 5 year olds with the belief that it would be an inexpensive gift for them based on the cost. However I was surprised at the quality of the charm which showed wonderful craftmanship. The chains were as I suspected, silvertone not sterling but for the price you can't go wrong for a young child's gift. My daughter has been wearing hers for over a week and the chain seems to be holding up well. For the price paid, I feel that this was a very good value.

Everything was fine until one of the chains broke the first day. Other than that, it was pretty much what I expected.
