I have three peircings in each ear but I hate to wear regular studs because they can be uncomfortable and the posts stab you...if you leave them out for to long your hole starts to close but if you leave them in to long the backs trap dirt against your skin - yuck!! So I bought nose bones to wear in my ears, they are petite but colorful & I have received alot of compliments about them from everyone! It is easy to lose them, especially when I'm drying my face or hair with a towel & they are so tiny I can't find where they fell. However this is one of the reason why I thought to by them in bulk, so it's not really a concern.
