The chain is to hold a pearl pendant. I was glad it is as thin as it is, much thinner and a rounder chain than pictured, but it happens to be just what I wanted. I plan to give it to my granddaughter for Christmas so it hasn't been worn yet. I'm pleased with the purchase for the excellent price.
Very nice... looks good. Like any snake chain one has to be careful not to crimp it but for the money a nice value. I wish it had been available in longer lengths.
