Sterling Silver 18k Gold 6-strand FW Pearl Bracelet (6 mm)

The bracelet is beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous! But it is much smaller than I thought it would be. I bought it for my mother for christmas, and she does have small wrists, so it still might work. If it doesn't, I'll try taking it to a jeweler to make it bigger or something... But it really is a beautiful peice

Unfortunately, when I received this I was thrilled and I loved the delicate gold beads and pearls together. Here is the problem, the 2nd time I wore it, one of the many chains broke. Then I kinda fixed. I was at work and didn't want it squished in my purse. But by noon ANOTHER strand broke and I have to get it fixed. Sadly I am past the deadline of getting it returned, so now I will have to pay for it to be repaired. And also it is an unusually small size. I have to have someone else put it on for me because it is so tight. So now, thinking of what it will cost to fix the 2 broken strands, secure the others beforeTHEY break too, and put in an extender of some kind, it will no longer be the great value buy I thought it was and I suspect I will pay more than double for it in the end. (if it only falls apart this one time) On the upside - I do like the piece.

It is so pretty. I thought it was size 7 1/4 , so it's too small. No problem I 'm going to a beag store for an extender.
