Too Much of Good Thing
This is a very beautiful necklace thus the four stars. The fifth star is lacking because it is just too large and too heavy. It totally overwhelmed me. If you are a larger person go for it!

The chain is nice and shiny and has a smooth finish, but about a week after my husband got his in the mail the clasp broke. The chain itself is very sturdy, but the clasp was very week.

Rapper chain
This chain is much shinier than I would have liked for my boyfriend. Even I don't own a piece of jewelry that glistens so much! I wouldn't count "shiny-ness" as an all around negative, since for some, sheen is a plus; however, my b/f and I found the piece entirely too distracting. I wanted something subtle for him. The length was also a negative for us--it was much too long, which made it look cheap and rapper-like. I had to return it shortly after I presented it to my b/f. Too bad...

I bought this necklace for my husband for Christmas and it is perfect. He's a big guy so the length and weight of it will be great on him. Also because it's not too wide, it won't look to flashy. I would highly recommend this necklace.
