I needed a chain for a sterling silver pendant and this chain works perfectly. It is shiny and looks just substantial enough to fit my slightly heavier pendant. The drop length is perfect for me.

Chain was exactly as described and pictured. It is the right length and color and thickness for the pendant I got it for. Clasp matches description and works easily. Arrived quickly. Well packaged. Overstock.com kept me informed of status of the order by email. The USPS reported they had left a delivery notice when they had not and they couldn't find the package at the post office but the package was actually delivered the next day. This was a US postal service issue and not under the control of Overstock.com. I was able to find the item and pay for it online in minutes. It would have been an lengthy ordeal for me to try to find the correct size, length, color, and price by going store to store.

I ordered this for my wife as she doesn't like bulky necklaces. When I received the package and opened the box the thing is in a knot. They didn't package it correctly and when speaking with the customer service they offered no solutions to getting this resolved. I advised I purchased a necklace and not and knot and they didn't seem to care. If you do decide to purchase this I hope that you are good at knots as mine ended up breaking or maybe that is why it was in a knot due to the fact they already knew it was broken. It is a great chain, but I wish it had a lobster claw clasp instead of the normal ring; otherwise, sparkly and just right.
