Liked bracelet and price. Bracelet arrived without charms attached. Its my first of this kind of bracelet. No instructions enclosed as to how to put bracelet together. Got a charm tool, still had difficulty with bracelet.

I bought this as a gift. It is a very nice bracelet.

The braclet was fine. I had one like it so I ordered this for a friend. The piece of furniture, a bench that cost $200.00 was damaged and I was NOT happy about that. This is the second furniture piece I have gotten that was damaged. This was definitely damaged at the factory because the packing was great and nothing was hurt. I contacted the company but there is no guarantee I can get the piece replaced. If not, I will be contacting you about a replacement. I am quite disappointed, to say the least.
