I loved the chains appearance, and style, but didnt like that it didnt have a clasp to take it off.. the only way to get it on was to extend it out as far as you can, and pull it over your head= which put the dangling heart very close to the keyhole- which in the end was the reason the dangling heart popped off- theres no way for me to repair it that I can tell... very disappointed.. as every time I wanted to put it on, i had to pull it over my head and squeeze it over my big head..lol.. but - it put the heart at risk- as constant strain on it- created the risk that eventually it would pop- and it did..now- sadly- i have a chain, and a heart that are apart... but i loved the look, always got compliments, it was different - and very unique.. so sad about the problem heart..
