I looked at the same watch on the manufacturers website at http://www.skagen.com/us/en/men/products/watches/mikael-titanium-case-and-steel-mesh-watch-pdp809xltbbp.html?referer=productlisting and it would appear that the mesh band is not titanium but actually steel. Which listing is correct titanium or steel. They are the exact same watch by the way.
Gave this to all my groomsmen as a gift for standing by me. They all were super impressed. As far as I know they all still wear them for special occasions. The carbon fiber really gives a sophisticated James Bond vibe.

Very expensive-look, hypoallergenic, classy watch! My husband has a severe nickel allergy. Even most titanium watches are an allergy issue because the back of the face is 'silver' containing nickel. Not the case here. He was impressed thinking I spent a ton of money. Even my millionaire boss was impressed. A great buy - great price... have had this for 1.5 years and still works perfectly. Classy and dressy but still looks nice with jeans - very versatile. I recommend!
