This ring is so pretty, but you get what you pay for. I gave it two stars, b/c it's pretty, and maybe not everyone will have the reaction that I did, but the metal got dull within a couple of months, and chafed the skin on my finger.

More like something I would buy for a teenager. In fact, that's probably where it's headed. =)

I love this ring. It looks like a pear shaped engagement without the engagement ring look. The setting is flat. That's what I like about it. I'm a middle aged woman and not engaged and always loved pear shaped engagement rings, but knew I could never have one because i'm aleady married and have a tiny 1/3 caret round diamond engagement ring. I don't wear it much, but this pear ring I wear only on my right hand. It's very clear, but people won't mistake it for an engagement ring. It's very pretty.
