Can't wait to wear it!
I bought this (and similar earrings) as a congratulatory gift to myself for getting a new job- amethyst is my birthstone and I don't wear it nearly enough! The package arrived today. Both came in their own fabric pouches. As soon as I put the necklace on, I could feel the weight of it- just feels like a quality piece. The colors of the stones are gorgeous- ranging from a light almost pale to a deep dark purple. It looks great with my tan. The varied colors add to its charm- looks natural and even ethereal. I'm overweight, so it looks a bit shorter on me than 18 inches, but it still lays nicely, and I have an extra extender, so the length is not a problem and it can be worn longer, depending on what I'm wearing. I can't wait to show it off! Maybe I'll wear it for my first day at my new job.
