This is a beautiful pendant! I wear it all the time and have received MANY compliments! I'm very conservative in my jewelry, and was worried it might be too big - but it's not. It's perfect.

I was so excited when I ordered this pendant on-line, and extremely disappointed when it arrived:(!! As another reviewer said, if you want a plain, silver pendant, this is the thing for you. The colors and contrast in the item photo have been manipulated such that the gold appears more colorful, and the pendant's detail more apparent than they really are. From a distance, it just looks like a garbled piece of silver. Furthermore, the pendant actually wraps around into a large loop at its back-this is great if you want to put the pendant on a really thick rope chain, but it prevents it from laying flat, and also in my case, from adding extra sparkle to spice it up a bit. I have two little mercury mist topaz pendants that I planned to add on either side of this pendant, and would have at least added something interesting, but the loop at the back is so large that they disappear into it!! This pendant might have been salvageable if not for that loop! It's going back.

This necklace is much nicer "in person" than it appears in the photo. The detail is beautiful and it is a nice size. I also like the fact that the pendant has a substantial weight so that it stays in place, facing forward -- no twisting, or flopping around from side to side as some lightweight pendants do. I am very happy with my purchase, especially considering the price.

I collect black hills gold and this is a little different than anything that I have. Most of my pieces have a bit more gold color and a little less silver color, but I'm getting used to it. I love that it is such a dainty piece. It would be an excellent selection for a young girl for her first piece of black hills gold.

Well made; quality materials. At first I was a little disppointed in the design when I took it out of the box. But when it is worn it looks great! I gave it as a gift and each time I see it worn I am reminded it was an excellent choice. Great value.

The 14-kt. Black Hills Gold and Silver Leaf Pendant is really beautiful but it isn't as colorful as I thought it would be. I still love it though. Joanie

If you are familar with Black Hills Gold jewelry, you may be disappointed in this necklace. It's very pretty, just more silver than Black Hills Gold! If you are looking for a silver pendant, you will probably be very happy.

I bought this pendant for my mother for her birthday, but when it arrived, I wanted to keep it for myself it was so lovely. Truly well worth the price!

Very nice piece, but needs a bit more gold, I think, to be able to see it better as gets "lost in translation." But it does look very feminine and pretty. I like it and will wear it often. Please send a thicker chain to anchor the piece. I had to buy a new chain for it.
