These earrings have very good eye-appeal, and are a particularly good value. It is easy to pay the same money for garnet earrings set in sterling silver, but without the diamonds, and not as attractive. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for one big reason: the box for the earrings is extremely cheap and plasticy on the inside. For a few cents more, the manufacturer could have packaged these in a nice box-- this is a huge consideration if planning on giving this as a gift. The recipient will may likely think the earrings are junk if presented in a junky box. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the quality of the earrings. The garnet stones are of a very good deep, dark red color as pictured. If you like the picture of the earrings, you won't be disappointed.

I bought these for my daughter in law to celebrate my grandson's birth month (January). She loved them and they looked beautiful on her. The color and quality seem like they should be more expensive. You won't be sorry with this product.

I bought not only the earrings, but the matching ring and necklace... they are absolutely beautiful. These have class!! Understated elegance! I needed to have the ring sized down 1/2 size and the [major jeweler chain store] said the garnet was exceptionally dark and the piece was worth every cent I paid for it! I don't wear them as 'everyday' type jewelry, but they definitely are on me when I go out! I shopped all of Overstock's offerings, and these were the only ones that jumped out at me with a simple yet elegant style. Buy them! :)

I'm impressed with the quality of the stones. The earrings are well made, the workmanship is great! Like I said, I'm really happy with the earrings. They look great on me.
