Less than desired
I read through all the reviews, but was very disappointed. The stone was lighter than pictured which is a good thing far as color, but the quality of the cut and setting are not very good and the chain is super thin. I hate returning things, so I decided to suffer through the purchase. Bottom line is it looks cheap, and sense I decided to keep it I purchased an inexpensive 1mm Sterling Silver Diagonal Box Cut Italian chain necklace to replace the one it came with. If replacing the chain the 1mm chain in 16" is perfect, and by the pendant being so small a shorter chain gives it more balance. I guess you get what you pay for and in this situation the cost outweights the quality.

This is a very nice pendant that I put on a chain and wear coordinating earrings. It goes with many of my outfits.

This necklace is very beautiful, yet simple. The chain is a little short, but overall this is a good value for the $$. I have received many compliments on the necklace.

Looks elegant and delicate
I bought this as a gift for a girlfriend who likes elegant jewelry that is also simple and understated. I haven't given it to her yet, but I think she'll love it. It's not precisely my own style, because it's very simple and usually I wear bolder jewelry. But certainly the necklace is pretty enough that I'd be happy to wear it myself. Be aware that the pendant is quite small.
