I got this watch. The packing was awful. It was black box that looks old and ripped. Watch looks fake and the warranty seems to be from some different company and not from Seiko.I would NOT recommend this product.

Customer sevice was great. I am very happy with my Seiko the blue is not as blue as the photograph depicts, it is more a grey blue which I think is nicer.
